I’ve been coming to this theater for years, but over the last two years the experience has steadily gotten worse. Today’s experience was the final straw. I booked three d box seats for the new Spider-Man movie over three weeks in advance and spent $85 on tickets because I knew the show would sell out. I drove 40 minutes to get there, and my family also drove separately with their own tickets. When we arrived, there was nothing but a small sign taped up saying Auditorium 9 was closed and all showings were canceled due to “unforeseen circumstances.” No email. No text. No phone call. Nothing. What’s the point of requiring my email when purchasing tickets if you aren’t going to notify customers that their showing has been canceled before they drive all the way there? By the time we found out, every other showing was sold out, meaning we now have to wait weeks to see a movie we planned well in advance. Yes, I received a refund—but that’s the bare minimum. A refund doesn’t give me back my time, my gas, or the opportunity to see the movie I specifically planned around. Offering a free movie pass doesn’t make up for it either because, after years of ongoing issues, I have no intention of returning. Unfortunately, this isn’t an isolated incident. This theater consistently has maintenance and cleanliness problems. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve sat down for a movie only to realize the air conditioning wasn’t working. When I’ve asked employees about it, they’ve simply confirmed, “Yes, the air is broken.” If the auditorium is unbearably hot, why are tickets still being sold for it? The soda station is almost always covered in spilled soda and melted ice, making everything sticky. The ice buildup around the machines gets so bad you can barely see the bottom of them. Popcorn is constantly scattered across the floors. The bathrooms are frequently out of toilet paper, have backed-up toilets, or are simply filthy. Even the candy display and concession area often look dirty despite the extremely high prices being charged. I’ve been a loyal customer for years because I wanted to support this theater, but the repeated lack of maintenance, cleanliness, communication, and customer service has finally pushed me to the point where I won’t be coming back. It’s disappointing to see a theater continue charging premium prices while providing such a consistently poor experience.

It's a super clean nice theater, but what i really loved was the attitude of every worker! Usually I like to single out a person but literally every encounter was amazing. The employees here are so happy and helpful. The attitude of someone that makes a million dollars an hour. I bet management is pretty amazing to have a great team like that! This was already my go to theater but if it wasn't already it would be now!

Parking was easy, a short walk from the theater. Concessions staff were all very friendly. Seating was well marked and the reclining seats were comfortable. I glad I took a jacket the theater was cool. All in all it was a memorable experience!

Came in to watch Evil Dead Burns on a Saturday night at 8pm. We wanted hot dogs and they said no hot dogs for another 10 minutes, fine. We then went to our seats and came back for hot dogs at the 10 minute mark and were met with “we just put them on the grill, it’ll be approximately 20 minutes” so we said let’s get pizza. They only had cheese and we wanted pepperoni and when we asked they said it’ll be 10 minutes then 5 minutes after that we were told that they were done serving pepperoni pizza for the night…on a Saturday night…at 8pm. Make it make sense! So sad to see this place go downhill, I have seen so many premieres and made great memories here. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere in hopes of them correcting their shortcomings soon.

I had an 8 year old's birthday party here, with about 15 kids coming. Party room for an hour for $50 and then a regular showing of Hoppers. I had no idea what I would do with the kids for the hour, but turns out my concerns were misplaced - kids loved just running around the theatre, etc., and did not really have to be entertained at all. Combo Floor is lava/tag youre it was all they needed and wanted; I think they thought it really cool to be able to just run around in the auditorium. Great deals on the concessions and we had a wonderful party host. Great time, great value. Some constructive criticism generally, which I think relates to how the movie theatre chain does their thing, and not related to our theatre itself (which gets the 5 stars): I booked up about a month in advance, but they can't tell for sure what movies will be playing and at what exact times when you book (and send out invites). I understand why. But I wish there was an option to also add your movie, or at least a promise of "a" recently-released age-appropriate movie at the time you book the party, because of the extra stress of worrying about whether a movie will start right afterwards or what time (and what time to tell the parents to come get their kids afterwards), but the location manager said shed get us an 11 am showing of Hoppers - and that is exactly what she did, no problem. But I still did not know for sure it would be right at 11 am until the week of the party. Also would be cool to have a private showing so the kids could move around and be a little more rowdy during the movie if they wanted to do so (without the cost of a full, private showing at 10 or 11 am when not many people are there otherwise; there were only a couple of other people in our 11 am showing, and another one that started 20 minutes afterwards; they could have funneled the people in our showing to the 11:20 and I would have been happy to pay some extra money for that - not the amount to book the whole theatre, but the place could have gotten a few extra bucks and still had happy (two) non-party customers, I think), but that's OK, too. Would have probably been a really cool experience for the kids, but maybe a little logistically difficult. But as to the location, our people and our experience: A+. the manager and staff were awesome, they created a wonderful time and the kids had a blast. The theatre is great, lots of room. I would 100% do this again, at this location. My son thought it one of the best birthday parties he has had or been to. Thanks to Sarah and crew!

Honestly, pretty decent. I will say the XT Theatre is a bit loud and it’s not tuned for the younger generation. I came home with an insane headache that lasted like a day and a half from this. I am prone to get headaches from loud noises so that’s probably why but still it should not be as loud as it was…

We came to see Masters fo the Universe today and I left during the movie to get another beer and the clerk lady continued to have her conversation with a boy when I asked another clerk to help me. The radio was sitting on the counter and I could hear the staff trying to get someone to the bar for service but it didn't happen for over 6 minutes. I missed parts of my movie because Betts or Petts (her name tag was stylized and hard tobread) but a red headed, short haired lady who preferred to chat with a prospective boyfriend than to serve customers. The woman whose place she was covering from break returned to complete our order. Thank you to her because I don't think I would have been served if not.

First, I would like to apologize to the young elites at the Belmar Cinemark Richie, Devon, Bea, and Venus all amazing employees, for the late review. Two weeks ago, Sunday March 28th my wife and I took our 2-year old grandson to watch the GOAT movie. He watches a full movie at home, so we thought he was ready to go to the movie children, we figured it works be no problem. We learned 5-minutes into the movie and after buying 3 tickets (wasted money 🫨) and snacks, that 5 mins was his max capacity at a theatre. I took my turn to walk him around after 10 mins. We were walking down the theatre hall when, I looked down to for a couple seconds to throw some of his wrappers in the trashcan. I looked up and my grandson was gone. I thought he was playing hide-and-seek with me. I didn’t panic until 2-3 minutes of yelling his nave and no answer. One of these young employees asked what was the matter, I told her. She quickly got on her radio to let her co-workers know. They ask jumped into action abcs found him, in one of the closed concession stands playing with the empty cup holders springs. If it were not for these young people being so quick and attentive, I would’ve lost my mind. To the GM of this establishment, please commend these employees for their awesome customer service. In this generation when ask older people do is complain shoot the younger generation, I wanted to make sure to point out, theirs aren’t lazy, they are just going through shit we never had to experience. Thank you so much, Richie, Devon, Bea, and Venus. From two very grateful, grandparents.
